New-ish recipe




We haven't posted in a while. Mostly because we haven't been experimenting with new toppings or crust types. Recently we have perfected a copy cat vegan version of the Berkley pizza from zpizza. Very simple, homemade vegan pesto (we use walnuts and nooch), vegan soy cheese and thinly sliced roma tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, red onion, bell peppers and soy sausage crumbles. Really, really good. We still can't figure out why the soy cheese at zpizza isn't vegan?
